Send the plan, not the product code
A single chair order is simple. A project is not. A hotel terrace usually needs dining chairs and tables for one zone, lounge seating for another, and a specification that keeps the two reading as one design rather than two purchases.
The page on custom outdoor furniture covers what can be customised: size and layout, structure, frame finish, fabric, weave and table tops, and branding. This page covers how a project is planned, packed and delivered, which is a different set of questions and mostly a set of numbers.
What a project usually contains
Most schemes fall into three zones, and the useful thing is to decide the zones before the products. Each zone has a different wear pattern, a different exposure and usually a different seat count, so specifying them together is what keeps the scheme coherent.
Dining zonesChairs and tables specified together, because the table height and the seat height have to agree. This is the zone that sets the chair count, and the chair count is usually what drives the container.
Lounge zonesSofa sets, single seats and coffee tables, usually ordered as configurations rather than as single pieces. Modular ranges are ordered as single modules, so a curved or irregular plan is closed by the exact number of seats the drawing needs.
Pool and deck zonesThe same seating specified for wetter, saltier conditions, with the fabric and the frame finish chosen for exposure rather than for the trend. The models a project is usually built from
These are the pieces that come up most often in project enquiries. Every model below accepts custom size, colour and logo under OEM and ODM.
FHSF001Corner sofa set, B1 / B2 / B3Three configurations from one frame family, so a layout can be closed without a new tooling round.
FHSF233Six-piece corner set, A1A half-height table and a wooden frame finish carry the scheme, and it is usually specified for a whole courtyard.
FHSF207Modular set, five buildsSingle modules can be ordered, so a curved or irregular plan is met exactly rather than approximated with standard pieces.
FHCH062Armchair, stacked or knock-downOffered as a stacking build and as a knock-down build, so the trade-off between speed on site and freight can be priced rather than assumed.
FHCH063Armchair, A1 / A2Specified for hotel terraces, restaurant gardens and poolside decks, with a wood-look armrest option.
FHCH057Adjustable back armchairThe adjustable back lets one chair serve both a dining posture and a lounging one. What arrives, and how it is packed
Every set ships in its own cartons with the hardware and the assembly instructions. Because pieces travel flat wherever the design allows it, a scheme can usually be brought in through a service door or a goods lift rather than craned over a wall, and the largest carton is the dimension that decides which route will work at your site.
A project can be delivered in phases
Hotels and restaurant groups rarely replace a whole terrace at once. They do a floor, a wing or a season, and then come back. Two things make that workable.
Colour consistency across a floor
Fabric and finish are specified once and held, so the fortieth chair arrives identical to the first. This is a design property of the range rather than a promise: a set is specified with one frame finish and one cushion specification, so a terrace or an entire property is planned as a single scheme.
A parts list that covers the whole family
A site built on one model family shares parts across the range, which means the pieces held against damage cover every layout in the scheme rather than one configuration. The parts position, including how long parts stay available, is set out in the FAQ.
Samples and approvals come before production
Nothing goes into production before a physical approval, and the approval pack follows the specification order.
Inspection and acceptance
Every order carries a unique order number that can be tracked on this website, from confirmed specification through to loading.
1. Third-party inspection
Third-party inspection is supported before shipment, and it is the point at which a project is easiest to correct.
2. Inspection after arrival
A professional third party may be appointed within one month of arrival, with the goods documented and photographed before loading.
3. Production quality claims
A production quality issue found within three months can be claimed with photo or video evidence.
Trade terms
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Delivery terms | FOB Ningbo is standard, with ex-works and CIF quotations available on request |
| Minimum order | Furniture is normally ordered by the container. A few lines start below a full container, and mixed loading is quoted per mix |
| Mixed loading | A scheme can combine more than one model in a single container |
| Lead time | Production time depends on the version and the finish, so it is confirmed on the enquiry rather than published as a single figure |
| Warranty | 12-month warranty from the date of loading, on frames and on the furniture build |
What to send us to get a project quoted
Most project enquiries are answered in the first reply, and the quality of that reply depends on what arrives. These six things make the difference.
1. The layout, or the seat count
A drawing is ideal. A zone-by-zone list of how many people sit where is enough to start.
2. The zone split
Which parts of the plan are dining, which are lounge, and which are exposed to weather and to salt.
3. The route in
Door widths, goods lift dimensions and any corner the pieces have to turn. This decides what has to ship flat.
4. The surface and the fixing
Paving, decking, grass or an existing slab, since it decides how a base or a foot is specified.
5. The brand requirements
What you want to carry your mark, and where: cushions, frames or the shipping cartons.
6. The deadline and the port
Both are needed before a schedule can be committed, because production time follows the version and the finish.
How a project order runs
1. Plan and feasibility
Send the plan. We return a feasibility answer, a layout drawing and a module list, so the quantity and the arrangement are agreed before anything is produced.
2. Sample and approval
Frame finish sample, fabric swatch and, for larger orders, a physical sample. Production does not start until you approve.
3. Production
Built to the approved specification in our own workshop in Zhejiang, with the frames welded, finished and upholstered under one roof.
4. Inspection
Third-party inspection supported before shipment, with the goods documented and photographed.
5. Delivery
FOB Ningbo, with the loading plan issued per version so the container can be checked against the quotation.
6. After landing
Warranty service and spare parts, with the parts list covering the whole model family.
If you have a drawing, send it. If you only have a seat count and a photograph of the space, send those instead. Within one reply you will have a feasibility answer, a module list, the container loading for the mix and a price.
