Our Exhibition Programme
Foris Hortus exhibits at the international outdoor and furniture fairs where commercial buyers actually specify products, so that specifications, finishes and lead times can be settled in one conversation rather than over a chain of emails.
This page lists the fairs we take part in, the booth numbers we have published, what we bring to each show and what to prepare before you visit. Our own export team staffs the stand, and frames, canopies and cushions travel at full size so you can check a joint, a fabric or a colour against your project instead of a catalogue photograph.

What We Bring to the Fair
The stand carries a working selection rather than the whole catalogue, chosen so that the pieces most often specified for hospitality projects can be handled in the metal and in the fabric.
Outdoor umbrellas
Centre-pole, cantilever and large commercial umbrellas, with canopy fabrics, frame sections and base options on the stand.
Outdoor furniture
Sofas, dining and lounge pieces in the frames and finishes we quote for contract projects.
Custom and OEM
Colour, size and branding discussed against physical samples, with the customization options for each line explained on the stand.

Send us the fair you are attending and the products you want to see. We reply with the stand number and a time slot that suits you.
We set the samples out
Tell us what matters for your project and we will have the matching frames, fabrics and colours on the stand, so nothing is judged from a photograph.
Walk the stand with us
Check joints, coatings, canopy fabrics and cushions by hand, and sit on the pieces you are specifying.
Leave with a specification
Take away model numbers, the specification sheet and the customization options for your project. The written quotation follows once the version, finish and quantity are fixed.
Before You Come
Bringing these to the stand turns a general conversation into a specification and a price. If you would rather prepare in advance, send them to us before the show and we will come back with the questions that matter.
- The project: sizes, quantities and how the pieces will be used
- Your colour reference: a Pantone or RAL number, or a photograph of the setting
- The destination: port, market and any local requirements for the installation
- Your timeline: when the site opens and when you need delivery
- Anything you want us to match: an existing item, a drawing or a sample you already hold

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment to visit your stand?
No - walk-ins are welcome for the whole run of the show. If you send us the fair and the products in advance, we will make sure the matching samples are on the stand and hold a time slot for you.
Can I get a quotation at the fair?
We confirm the specification, the customization options and the packing at the stand, then follow up with the written quotation once the version, finish and quantity are fixed.
Can you arrange samples after the show?
Yes. Tell us at the stand what you need to see and we will follow up after the show to arrange the sample and its shipping.
Are you at every show listed on this page?
The list shows the fairs we take part in. Booth numbers are published on this page as soon as the organiser confirms them, so check here before you travel.
We cannot travel to the fair - can we still work with you?
Yes. The same ranges are quoted from the factory. Send us the project and the destination and we will work through the specification by email or on a call.
