Bring these, and we can settle them on the spot
A plan, or a photograph. Elevations, a site photo or a rough layout is enough. Seating counts, corner radii, and how a curved arrangement turns a corner, are far quicker to agree over a drawing than over email.
A cushion or a fabric sample. If you already have a scheme, bring it. We will set our rope weave, sling and the four standard cushion colours beside it, and you will see in a minute what a colour card cannot tell you.
Your container or packing constraint. If the project has a packing plan or a schedule to hit, bring it. Packing, container planning and minimum quantities are the three things buyers most often wish they had asked earlier. Umbrella lines start at 50 pieces for catalogue versions; furniture is usually planned by the container.
Your questions about year five. Frames, ribs, hubs, bases, and the spare parts that remain available for five years after purchase. A supplier is not judged by the first summer. Our warranty terms are 12 months from the date of loading, and we support third party inspection before shipment.
