What are your payment and credit terms?

Terms are straightforward and built to protect both sides through production and shipping.

Standard structure

• Deposit - a production deposit to secure your slot and materials.
• Balance - the remaining balance before goods leave the factory, against inspection photos or a video.
• Letters of credit - accepted for larger orders where your bank workflow requires it.

Net terms

For established buyers with a track record, we can discuss net terms (for example Net 30) subject to a credit check and a minimum order. New accounts start on deposit terms; once we have shipped and settled smoothly, extending terms is a normal next step.

Note: the exact deposit percentage and any net terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice.
