What is the minimum order quantity for custom umbrellas?
MOQ depends on which part of the order is being customised, so here is the
actual split rather than a single number.
Catalogue models, no changes: 50 pcs, and colours and models can be mixed
in one order.
Light customisation - fabric colour matched to a Pantone reference, logo by
screen print or heat transfer, custom handle, printed cartons: 100 pcs, with
printed cartons starting at 200 pieces.
Structural customisation - new size or shape, frame structure, base mounting,
integrated LED: 300 pcs.
Full OEM or ODM - new mould or new mechanism: quoted per project, because
tooling and testing are involved.
Two things usually lower the number: sharing one fabric colour across several
models, and repeating a specification you have already run, since a repeat
order does not carry first-run MOQ.
Send us the model reference, the customisation you need and your target
quantity, and we will confirm the exact MOQ in writing before you commit.
