After deposit confirmation, production typically runs 25 to 40 days, depending on model, customization, and order volume.
What affects lead time
- Standard items in stock colours are faster than custom colours or branded runs.
- Peak season (spring and summer) can extend timelines, so plan ahead.
- Order volume and container consolidation also affect the schedule.
Samples and repeat orders
- Pre-production samples are usually ready in 7 to 15 days.
- Repeat orders with carried tooling ship sooner than first runs.
- We share a confirmed timeline with the proforma invoice.

Production lead time
Standard models run about 25 to 40 days after deposit and confirmation; custom colour, branding, or new tooling adds roughly 10 to 20 days. Ocean transit is another 20 to 45 days by destination.
Seasonal planning
Place orders 2 to 3 months before your season. We confirm a firm schedule at order and update you at each milestone so goods land in time to sell.
Booking ocean freight early in the season also protects you from peak surcharges, so planning ahead saves both time and cost.
